Nursing care pre-admission and personal care plans
When it comes to nursing care, the type of assistance provided to residents will vary and can range from daily tasks such as dressing, washing and toileting, to the delivering of medication, medical dressings, giving injections, peg feeding and sore care.
We pride ourselves on being a nursing care home with a focus on creating individualised care plans for every resident. The Park View Home Manager will evaluate a new resident’s needs and develop the basis of an individualised care plan alongside the resident and their family members.
