Exceptional Reviews

Compassionate dementia care

We understand the pain and difficulty that dementia brings to those living with it as well as their surrounding family members. Our team of care professionals and registered nurses provide expert dementia care with the expertise, respect and compassion that ensures the highest levels of safety and comfort in surroundings that feel like home.

A respectful and person-centred approach to care

At Park View Care Home, we take a wholly tailored approach to care so that we can ensure your loved ones live the most fulfilling and comfortable days of later life and enjoy the best possible experience during their stay. Our nursing team will complete a full needs assessment when they meet a new resident to develop a tailored care plan. To ensure that we always deliver the best and most appropriate levels of care, we regularly review our care home plans. This also ensures that our team can adapt to any changes to care needs that may arise. A personal care home plan may include:

  • Specialist care requirements
  • Accessibility
  • Dietary needs
  • Interest and activity preferences

As well as considering the healthcare and accessibility needs of our residents, we also believe in considering a holistic approach to wellbeing so that we are able to provide a supportive and fulfilling environment that most feels like home.

An excellent range of social events, wellbeing activities and entertainment

From tea parties and coffee mornings to craft sessions, live music and day trips out, all activities, events and entertainment are designed to support residents’ cognitive, sensory, social and emotional needs and encourage them to continue to pursue personal hobbies and interests.
